Cotton Howlers revisits the standards of African - American roots music from the
50 - 60, an atypical journey from Mississippi to Chicago, from delta blues to
the boogie and other essentials to share with you a festive and friendly moment
on varied rhythms that will delight the dancers.

A drummer since his adolescence in several bands, Vincent, a blues enthusiast, has been a harmonica player for several years, playing his favorite styles: blues, boogie, swing, rock'roll in various regional bands including the group Hotclub Deluxe.
Astrid

Astrid has been singing since she was very young...Fats Domino, Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Joe Cocker, The Beatles rocked her childhood and adolescence...
She was part of French local bands before joining The Cotton Howlers, bringing them her warm, powerful and generous voice.
David

Self-taught drummer for about twenty years, evolving through early rock influences to those more tinged with rhythm' and blues, through swing... in the end it always comes back to a good old shuffle.
Léo

Self-taught guitarist, Léo played in blues groups in Toulouse such as
"UpToNoGood" and "Baby and Slide".
His first influences:
Seasick Steve, the Blues Roots / Delta Blues, then Robert Johnson, Elmore James, Muddy Waters to name but a few. His favorite game: Open Tunning.
